TASKS
• Lead development of test plans, test scripts and test data.
• Plan, organize, and schedule testing efforts for large systems, including system, integration, regression, stress and volume and user acceptance tests .
• Participate in functional and technical design reviews.
• Perform system, integration and regression tests.
• Verify test results.
• Identify and document software defects.
• Participate with other project resources to resolve defects. Manage and monitor test plans for all levels of testing.
• Report on progress of testing

The ideal candidate will have::
  • a college diploma or university degree in an IT discipline
  • a minimum 5 years experience within the last 7 years in the management of application quality and testing
  • demonstrated broad knowledge of application quality control and testing methodologies and practices
  • broad knowledge of IT trends and practices
  • formal training in project management
  • the ability in communicating verbally and in writing in both official languages
  • a PeopleSoft certification
  • broad knowledge in at least one of the PeopleSoft Human Resources, Financial or Enterprise Performance Management modules
